Building a habit takes a lot of brain power. At first, you're just focused on showing up. And that takes a lot of energy & effort.

- what exercises to do
- how to do them with proper form
- how to make sure you're challenging yourself

Sometimes it's hard to do something by yourself for a long period of time. It can be easy to talk yourself out of doing it.
Being in a group environment makes a huge difference. You feel more motivated & more likely to follow through.
