What does it take to be consistent so you get results?

A lot of people start a health & fitness journey...but very few stay consistent enough to get results.

Here are 3 ways to stay consistent enough so you can start seeing the results you want.

1️⃣ Build The Habit

Working out consistently is a habit.

At first, it will feel like you're "willing" yourself to get to the gym.

But after a while it become a part of your lifestyle.

You don't convince yourself to go but instead...

You start asking yourself questions like "how can I make sure I get my workouts in this week?"

When you build a habit, consistency goes on autopilot.

2️⃣ Get The Guidance

Building a habit takes a lot of brain power. At first, you're just focused on showing up. And that takes a lot of energy & effort.

That means having the guidance of a coach will be crucial.

A coach will guide you with:

- what exercises to do
- how to do them with proper form
- how to make sure you're challenging yourself

Guidance will make working out consistently easier.


3️⃣ Community

Sometimes it's hard to do something by yourself for a long period of time. It can be easy to talk yourself out of doing it.

Being in a group environment makes a huge difference. You feel more motivated & more likely to follow through.

A group can also make a less-enjoyable task...more enjoyable.

Consistency is the foundation to results.

You get consistent by building the habit, getting the guidance & having a community.
