3 workout myths holding back your fitness goals

Here are 3 workout myths that are not true.


In fact, believing them might be holding back your fitness goals.


Myth #1. A "good" workout means you'll be sore afterwards.


There are plenty of effective workouts that won't have you sore the next day. The goal isn't to be sore but instead to:


- Get stronger
- Get faster
- Have better form
- Get better every day


If that's happening, your workouts don't have to leave you sore be "good" workouts.


Myth #2. Lifting heavy makes you bulky.


Lifting heavy weight won't make you "bulky." If you're a woman who wants to get toned...you will have to lift heavy weights.


With the help of a coach, you'll learn how much weight & how to property lift, in order to achieve your goal of looking toned.


Being toned is also another way of saying building muscle. And building muscle doesn't always mean "getting bulky."


Myth #3. You have to work out 5-6x/week to get results.


You need 3 effective workout/week to get results.

Working out almost everyday is necessary.
