This is where you'll tour our amazing facility, we'll guide your through our workout assessment, and teach you how to track your progress throughout the program.

Step 3: Start training to reach your goals

Your first week of training is for getting settled into to your new routine with us. And If it's not a good fit...

We'll cancel the program and refund your payment. It's all about finding the right program you need to have fun and see results.

Every 90 days, you'll see your progress to stay informed and consistent for better results.

How Much Does it Cost?

Our initial coaching program is 12 weeks long and costs $88/week for the first 12 weeks and then it is $66/week to train with us year round.

You'll get everything you need to be in your best fitness year round for fraction of the cost of a personal trainer.

How Do Payments Work?

All payments are drafted from your credit/debit/checking account on a weekly basis.

During the first 12 weeks it's common to establish a consistent fitness routine of exercising 3x a week or more. Benefits include better overall mood, more energy, and stronger mindsets are often reported.

Documented changes in body composition have been up to 5% drops in body fat, up to 3 lbs. of muscle gain all within the first 12 weeks of training.

Each workout will be personalized using the appropriate modifications and progressions to ensure you have a fun, stay challenged, and see progress.

Can I Do A trial?

Every membership includes a 1 week trial to decide if it's the right fit for you.

If you're not 100% confident or satisfied after the first week of your membership then we'll cancel the program and refund your payment.

Is There A Cancellation Policy?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your membership, simply provide a 30 day notice and 1 month membership dues to end your training program early.

How Do I Reserve Classes?

Classes are limited to 15 people and are reserved using our mobile app on your phone.

You can reserve classes up to 10 days in advance as well as add them to your calendar.

Do You Allow Holds For Travel?

Yes, before your leave for trip simply text us the dates you'll be gone and we'll move that time to the end of your membership term so you don't lose any workouts.

We'll also send you travel workouts that don't require any equipment, so you can stay consistent with your exercise while you're away.

How Do Payments Work?

All payments are drafted from your credit/debit/checking account on a weekly basis.

We have in-house professional workout designer with over 16 years of experience programming workouts for optimal results, fun, and safety.

Each program is designed with a "test-in", a 12 week training cycle, and a "test-out.

This method allows every client to see measurable progress, as well as eliminates over training or boredom that can happen with out using structured goal based workouts.

Can I Reschedule My Class If I Can No Longer Attend?

Yes, you'll have the flexibility to change the day and time of your scheduled workouts if a meeting or change is required. However, the change must be made the night before by 9:30p.

What Is Included In The Nutrition Guidance?

Our Nutrition Guidance includes a detailed guide book with simple steps to help you plan your weekly meals. We'll personally coach you through the process for creating a consistent meal schedule, understanding favorable vs unfavorable foods, and portion sizes that align with your goals of building more muscle, losing body fat, and improving your fitness performance.
