  3. Download and read the 6 week Challenge Nutrition Handbook
  4. Fill out your Goals & Action steps on page 4 of your Nutrition Handbook and send it via email or text to your Primary Coach:

  6. Download the ZenPlanner app from your app store
    7. Download your 6 Week Challenge Meal Plan
  7. Bookmark the RECIPESpage. All of the recipes on the meal plan can be found here.
