LIV Athletic’s Sweat program is designed to offer members with a great workout that allows you to burn calories and develop a strong, physically fit body.  Sweat members can enjoy a fun and supportive team environment and educated coaches.  Our workouts focus on using body weight movements and free weights to burn fat, promote muscle growth, and develop overall conditioning.  Sweat classes are designed as a stepping-stone to our CrossFit Health and Performance classes.

Enrollment Process

  1. Schedule your Free Introductory Session to meet one-on-one with a coach to review your fitness goals and interests. We will assess your current fitness level to establish your Athlete ID.
  2. Your Athlete ID ensures your current abilities and training interests are matched with the best LIV Athletic program to accomplish your goals.
  3. Once enrolled as an athlete, you will recieve a Primary Coach to personally guide you through your program, training, and additional perks that come with your membership.
  4. Show up, never quit, and get the results you've always wanted!
