Youth Athletic Development Header

Hi, I'm Miguel Carodine. Growing up, sports were very impactful on my life. I always strived to be the best athlete that I could be no matter what sport I was playing. It was football that earned my passion allowing me to express my athleticism in a way no other sport did. I was fortunate enough to be recruited in high school and was able to pursue a collegiate career at the University of Florida. It completed my athletic mission.

By starting the Youth Athletic Development program, I hope to assist developing athletes with a similar mission achieve their goals.

Whether their goal is to be recruited by a division 1 college or have a good chance at making the varsity team. I welcome athletes of all sports to take advantage of this opportunity as all sports rely on some degree of strength, power, and speed development but most of all injury prevention.
